Not trying to get political but it's common in every democrat controlled shithole.
Hell in Portland they built safe heroine injection booths, give out free syringes and needles - but only for heroine addicts, and created a soda tax because soda isn't healthy for you. (Bang head repeatedly into brick wall.)

It is non essential, buy a damn water bottle and refill it, or carry a jug.

I have to agree with stuff like needle exchanges and safe use booths, only because they do clean up areas where addicts are otherwise using in the streets and being more of a public health hazard to the rest of us. But ultimately it's just a sad reflection of our inability to correctly address a much bigger problem/issue with drug addiction in this country. Won't really be easy to go into that without getting political so I'll just leave it there lol.

Evil lurks almost everywhere... it's difficult to tell which political party a politician is in today until they tell you. Oh they'll tell you allright, 1,000's of times without being asked, then when they win the election and get in office they do a complete 180 anyway. Lol

Oh no no no. You must buy a large plastic container that is not biodegradable and fill it with fresh clear spring water that came out of the next counties over tap water system, then a smaller non biodegradable plastic bottle to drink out of, and don't forget to buy the non biodegradable water filter, I mean come on man we're trying to save the fuckin planet from extinction in 12 years. Geez get with the program guy.

    Lol

No, or you could pay the wasteful tax, the only part essential to life is the water. The other part is essential to lazy convenience but is ultimately harmful to the environment

Btw, when you resuse plastic water bottles that weren't designed for reuse, chances are extremely high that the plastic will break down chemically and you'll be drinking literal poison. Congratulations!

Should see how many freaking Arrowhead water bottles the company I work for goes through every month. They get a massive delivery of them every 4 weeks, it's depressing. I'm not a gung-ho metal straw carrier or anything like that but the amount of plastic that we use and waste in those bottles alone is ridiculous.

Of course the recycling theory behind them is mostly a joke, our recycling plants have been overfull for years and most of it just gets shipped off to some other country to do with as they see fit

Which is why you buy yourself a nice reusable water bottle. I've got a few of them, they aren't expensive. That plastic in the disposable bottles does leech chemicals which is why it often tastes gross after being in a heated space. Another great reason they're unnecessary. I'm glad we're on the same page here

For the purposes of discussion... so it sounds like your opinion is that enabling the addict helps the addict.
Man I've got a RARE 1994 Tacoma bus cab factory twin turbo V8 model, it's the 8 speed model not the common 3 speed model. I'll sell it to you CHEEEEEP bro... or I will trade it for heroine needles if you got 2 or 3 of them.

No I just think we've worked ourselves into a situation with addiction in this country that we have to go to measures like this to ensure the health and safety of others.

The alternative is letting them use wherever they want and that just plain isn't working. Of course it's illegal and all but legality has never been the reason anyone has stopped doing anything they've wanted to do. Where we should be focusing our efforts is making recovery a more accessible option for those that want it. Of course not everyone wants it or will want it, but that's never going to change. Unless we start maybe addressing deeper issues that make people want to use in the first place. Then we're getting to all sorts of different topics regarding mental health. Our way of dealing with it is just so far off course for so long that there's no easy solution anymore and we're stuck coming up with short term ways to make it better.

Safe heroine injection sites: because that addict will walk 3 1/2 miles through the snow and sleet to the safe injection site before they fix that excruciating pain and addiction. "Yo mon, dey have Uber now." GTFOH LMFAO!!!
