    Informed decisions, he wasn't informed on his purchase and made a bad one. If he didn't know how much it was going to cost to ship then why purchase it. Was it really that urgent he had to get it? Seems like a lack of effort on his part, turned into him getting mad over shipping charges that could have been avoided if he called and found out the cost to get it. So I really don't think he has the right to bitch about it so easily, and yes he should call if he doesn't want to get mad at vendors shipping chargers in the future. Shoot they're on this forum why not send them a PM.

    Before starting a "rant" thread for All Pro, you should probably talk to them first. I am willing to bed that there is a logical explaination for the shipping costs, or maybe there is something they can do to help out. Their customer Service is excellent, and they have always "made it right" anytime I had something wrong. Point is, do your homework before you start ragging. Just my .002 :cool:
