After walking through Portland recently. Most live right on the streets anyway, the injection areas might be a block from them, might... It was a sad sight to see. Those people need help and unfortunately we're in a climate that just doesn't understand the issue universally. So until then these poor people are in limbo.

Too true. I understand when people get frustrated with it but the reality is that it's not going to go away unless we do something truly effective that gets at the root of the issue - and it won't happen overnight and it won't ever be perfect. It hits home for me because were it not for my family and the intervention/support I got from them ~13 years ago I easily could have been one of those guys on the street. Most of the ones we see out there aren't so lucky.

Anyway it's just one of those topics I could go on forever about and truly I can sympathize with both sides of the argument, but at the end of the day we have to remember these are still people we're talking about.

The good thing about those exchange and booth programs too that often gets overlooked, is that it's required of them to offer information and assistance on recovery programs to the people that come through - and it does work.

Yeah when my buddy gets here to help me left it onto the rack.

Then I have to go get another battery for the Mercedes. It’s completely dead again.

I think the trunk light is still on from the collision and worn turn off since the trunk isn’t depressing it properly and draining the battery.

Looked for a methanol injection thread and didnt spot one. Thowing a couple questions out here no one minds: Installing a Devils Own 2-stage meth kit on my 2003 3.4L supercharged Tacoma (2nd gen TRD supercharger) nt find. Thinking of using the washer tank instead of a seperate tank just for the meth. Anyone have opinions on that? Also... where's the best place to install the nozzle... beofre the throttle body or (like the URD 7th injector) in the threaded port on the SC itself. Obviously the port on the SC would be easiest and I assume the spray goes through the supercharger adding the beneficial cooling effect. Dont think I really need it going through the throttle. Opions? Tips?

I used an OEM non-cold weather spec washer reservoir and put it below the washer motor. I have the cold weather spec reservoir inside the fenderwell already.

I welded a bung for the nozzle on the metal intake tube.

Once a battery dips below a certain voltage it’s hell on the plates in the battery. You can rarely revive a battery drained to 0 volts.

yeah, I totally feel you. my 250 weighs 8k and will absolutely smoke the tacoma

the 1UZ would give me 60~ hp gain over the 3.4l, buuuut I almost feel like I'll want more no matter what. a 5.3l or 6.0l with a mild tune would be in the 300+ hp range :notsure:

LOL i feel your pain. I took Calc 1 two times.

I ended up being 2 classes away from a math major (but my school didn't allow double major since there was such a big overlap).

I took Calc 1-3, Diff Eq, Linear Algebra, Discrete Math, Statistics, Physics 1, Physics 2

I decided to push calc 1 and 2 in 1 semester, 7 weeks each.

On to linear algebra and def eq, in the fall, theyre combined into one class also.

I only have to take physics 1 in the spring.

All the up through organic chemistry though
