I'm going to try this again since it seemed to have gotten lost in other posts.

For our next meet I wanted to get everyones opinion on the location. I'm more than happy to host at my farm again but was wondering if anyone wanted to change things up a little and trying Bills491offroad. Not sure if anyone would be interested or not so I'm going to try and get a talley of who prefers what.
I'll start with a talley on each since it doesn't matter to me.

I'm not sure either, I'm not really up for tearing my truck apart. If anyone has other suggestions I'm open.

No not yet, before our next meet it will be done. I'm still trying to figure out some dates and thinking the end of October or beginning of November.

Ok dudes I usually don't say much but seriously why get on an offroad forum and whine about getting scratches and such..? Sure' None of us want to be puling dents or buffing out paint while your still making payments but there had to be some level of acceptance that is inevitable if your gonna claim to offroad...

bill's is as tame as they come. there are some parts that you can get stuck on if you want but there are some parts that are wide open. 250 or so acres of land with maintained trails that most stock "offroad" things will have no problems with. I've wheeled there many of times both in the truck and on quads even ben there with a guy driving a 60k $ hummer h2 daily driver...we never have any problems. So seriously grow some balls take them trucks off the farm fields and into the trails already.

I didn't buy my truck to go "offroad" I bought it to tow my quad, boat, haul things and have a little fun. If you want to spend the money on repairs, more power to you. I think I can speak for others as well as myself when I say that I don’t have the time, patience or the money to make unnecessary repairs. My truck is a daily driver and the primary vehicle that is used when going or road trips with my family. I will not jeopardize the reliability/safety my family by going offroading to the point where it’s going tear something up. I think that the majority of people on this thread enjoy the light trails that are at my farm and want to keep it that way. From what your last posting was, I doubt that I'll try to get a meet together down there. GL w/ repairs.

x2 If I had a newer taco, you wouldnt find me wheeling it hard at all. Neil's land is about the extent I would wheel with a DD. Anything else, I would be buying a trail rig for so I dont have to worry if i smash things up.... i could just repair it as money comes in...
and your posts are useless.... if you dont like it gtfo. Oh... and by the way.... this is not just a forum for offroading....

first off, last time I checked this is a "tacoma enthusiasts" forum, not just an off road forum. second of all, like Neil said, maybe some people, like myself, don't have the time or money to be fixing their daily drivers from wheeling the shit out of them.
