    I'm sure a competent dealer would install it . If you're moderately capable the instructions are excellent and there is a step by step thread on Tacomaworld somewhere that gave some helpful extra tips. I did the install myself at a not rushed pace and took about two days and saved a pile of money even after buying the odd extra tool for the job.

    Good idea to upgrade your fuel pump too.

    I did the dreaded BullyDog tune, which wasn't bad for me. To use Hptuners you do need to get a base trd supercharged tune installed first (bulldog was a varient), which a good dealership should be able to do for you. I'm on a custom 93 octane tune.

    I've never dynod but @JustDSM has provided custom tunes (for a really reasonable price) for many of us using Hptuners and made our trucks way better. Rev-hang between shifts with manual can be either eliminated or reduced to a customized level. Throttle mapping and response is improved too. And better gas mileage and power. There's a logger with the software so it can be analyzed under running conditions to tweak the tune.

    Thanks for the info, yep I am about 17 pages into reading that thread and I learned a lot so far. I will definitely have to hit up @JustDSM for a tune when I do mine. I probably will actually do it myself, I have done the 5vz-fe supercharger before and you're right the instructions lay it ojt pretty well.
