I looked into self install. It's basically impossible. I'm not "trained" or "certified" or "insured" and even when I do it right (or better) my insurance will likely not cover it. A hail storm wouldn't be covered.

Since I don't have $15k in my pocket I'd have to finance. It's about $110/month, my electric bill is exactly $164/month. But I plan on moving and seeing that house so I don't know if it's worth it.

A little something every chance we get.
NO, it would not be = since you are likely to move. The ONLY ones that would be are the ones the offer 100% free solar (you don't pay, they install, they get the "profits", and you get left overs. BUT, that too, could lower the bill. Problem is, you have to deal with who OWNS it when you move, so that is the key to the negotiation up front. That would work for you two, but you have to be very careful!
Once we decided we were just staying in a house with solar and a pool, it got simpler for me!

Sleep studies suck, especially with ask the sensors, but it's with it if they find something. They found me to have obstructed sheep apnea.

    Me, too

But you live with that guilty conscience cuz that grass fire could probably burn somebody's house down if it wasn't taken care of

    1999 White Tacoma SR5 V6 TRD OR 5 speed M/T
3" OME lift, SPC UCAs, URD Crankshaft pulley (the red gives more HP)
Ordered the Marlin Crawler clutch kit for my 1999 Tacoma SR5 V6 4x4 TRD OR.

I couldn't get the clutch the disengage when trying to leave work, so towed it to a nearby transmission shop. At first I thought it was either the slave or master cylinder, so I picked up new Aisen ones and dropped them off at the transmission shop (Certified Transmissions off of Timberhill), but wanted them to doublecheck first since they were the experts.

They were able to confirm that my master cylinder had a bad seal as some fluid was visible on the input shaft, and the slave was leaking a little as well. However, before they installed the new master and slave, they checked the clutch fork and found that it was very difficult to move. They use some sort of lever to test if a clutch is binding and said my clutch fork required a lot more force than it should. They explained that this is what most likely killed my master and slave cylinder, and that installing new ones would see them fail shortly after. And this is why I have the new clutch kit on the way (not a big deal as I was planning on replacing the clutch soon anyways as it has about 130k miles on it). They will diagnose what part is binding up when they take the clutch apart just to see what it is, but it wont really matter as they will be replacing everything anyways. They want $950 all in for all the work to replace the clutch, rear main seal, and the master/slave cylinder replacement and bleeding. I think it's a good price, even if its not including the cost of the clutch kit and new cylinders, as the Toyota dealership wants over $2200 to do the same work.

Recently I had done the clutch pedal spring modification, and I was thinking my clutch pedal was getting much harder to push, but I chalked it up to the new spring being stronger. Looks like it was just coincidental that the clutch started to bind at the same time of installing the different spring.

That sounds like a pretty fair price all things considered. I'm sure you're going to enjoy having a new clutch!
