Lol... actually that is not a bad ideas. I was thinking about combining 3 connectors in to one ring terminal. That will do the trick and it is secure enough.

I don't think it would be that complicated. Certainly a lot cheaper than that other thing.

I’m running something along these lines from West Marine. Figure if they can hold up to corrosion experienced in marine stuff, they’re good enough for me.
Anything that’s tin plated copper will be super corrosion resistant and carry your charge just fine

is the light on the back top of my cab supposed to be on when my headlights are on?

it turns on when I brake but it isn’t a consistent light like my tail lights.

not sure if a bulb is out or if it’s made to only turn on when braking.

That's the third brake light. And like the name suggests, it's a brake light. They were federally mandated on every vehicle produced after 1985.

I wondered after noticing it wasn’t always on When headlights are on like my tail lights.. I saw a RAM pull up to in n out.. his acted like a tail light and obviously Had a brake light in it also. It also had a reverse light.

guess I was just more so wondering the functionality / specifics about mine.

If mine is only a brake light.. as in it doesn’t act like a tail light or reverse light as well, then I’m good.

I have a rope block set up and two tow straps mounted to the ceiling on a piece of Unistrut with a Unistrut trolley so you have some front to back movement so you can move it around to get it positioned without needing the vehicle to be perfect. It is a 5 min on or off if you have someone helping and a 10 min if you are alone. I am looking for a reasonable used gantry crane or making one so I dont have to pull into the garage to swap the tent on and off. @TOP TACO suggested a used swing set from Craigslist, pure genius provided you have the room.

He wants to swap a tent... not "improve/rewire" the whole truck in one night!

Dodge has to do novel stuff like that to distract you from their quality shortcomings. Not a fair trade in my book. The 3rd brake light pulling double duty as a parking light (or whatever you want to call them) on Toyota is new to me. I haven't bothered to look at the new truck, but I know my 1st gen doesn't do that.

    Some really cool shit
It's time to replace my desktop PC. I'm not very knowledgable regards what makes them work, or what's good these days. I built my last computer over 8 years ago. Still running Win 7. That will no longer be supported soon, so moving to 10. But, the question is, do I rebuild my current machine, or just buy one off the shelf? If I rebuild, it will be nearly a total rebuild, only keeping the mid tower box. The power source is still semi new and at 1000 watts I'd be inclined to keep it. Moderately priced off the shelf units are only 500 watts. Don't know if that means less power is required these days with the latest and greatest technology. So many questions.

Who wants a Toyota "Hummer?" To be clear, I'm talking about a truck.
