    All day. A lot of guys I work with have said they have never been around someone that eats as much as I do. I use shakes too just to get the extra protein.

    I agree with what you're doing. It helps my fiance that I am cutting just as she is. While I bulk I am very on my diet, but if you plop a donut in front of me it's going down. Now I just run away when cutting because I'll eat 50 of them. Good for you for caring and trying to help her accomplish her goals too even though they may not be attributing to your current goals.

    A couple people thought his hips were high. I think basically everyone was in agreement it was a good lift with pretty good form for max effort :notsure:

    She doesn’t get her feelings hurt. It’s just easier to not eat like shit when shit isn’t around. Usually if I’m bulking I’ll have Oreos and ice cream and burgers and all the potatoes I can eat. She’s looking to lose weight/lean out, so she can’t exactly eat that stuff. If it’s not in the house, it won’t get eaten. Less temptation, especially for someone just starting out and trying to do better. And we don’t have to make different meals. I eat what she’s eating, I just eat more of it.

    I’ve always said I was going to “clean bulk”, but I’ve never done it. I just get to a point where I eat anything and everything because “I’m bulking.” So this is kind of a fun little experiment.

    Our diet stays the same bulking or cutting its just calories change. We pretty much are a junk free zone the vast majority of the time.

    Since I've kept that crap out of my house, I no longer have to do cutting and bulking cycles. Go figure LOL

    The vein isn't there yet :pout:. I have to get to really low BF for them to show unlike other ppl who can rock the vein at 18% bf. The goal is to beat that physique above obv.
