Good engine to rebuild, lots of stuff uses it. I've got a VG33E to go through this winter, for obvious reasons haha.

That'd be my ideal way to build as well. I enjoy planning and executing something but don't like something breaking and forcing me to deal with it, basically everything in life breaks though and you have to learn to deal with it, lol.
In a few years I think I'll slowly search for and piece together a 100 series Cruiser build and the big thing I'd like is the TRD blower for that 4.7L. But I really need to get back on to some property so I can have a normal life again, not this congested city do/own nothing life. Just waiting to see if it'll be here or in Texas

You're in Utah right? Damn man I would stay there if possible, there's hardly any good wheeling in Texas from what I can tell. Lived there a long time but I was a kid...but from what I remember it's just flat, open land in most of the state. There are some really pretty areas but the state is so enormous it takes a long drive to get there unless you happen to live near them.

Utah on the other hand...some of the best wheeling in the country out there. I understand though sometimes you gotta go where the job opportunities are

Who carries a paint marker around? Haha. Usually I see people wrote messages in the dust.

Nah. The #ranchtruck is sick. And since reverse is going out on the R150F I never put on the new diff and transfer case.

Those are two NWTI bumper kits. One for the front of the 99 and one for the rear of my 04.

Damn they come packed up that small for the DIY kits? Maybe it's the photo angle or something. Can't believe that's two separate bumpers lol.

Yeah, my Predator bumper is DIY and has a lot of huge pieces. One piece as as big as the front of the truck.

Yup lol. My roommate works for a train specific machine shop and they've been working 3 hours away from town the past week or so. Think his goal is to have the compressor going by September.

Probably why the NWTI kits were so cheap. A lot of welding which is a skill I never picked up. My high school didn't have a shop/auto class or anything like that.

Sounds like it won't be in pieces for much longer though :boink: So the Yosemite trip was the big motivation huh... I'm offended you didn't put your bumper together for our Pismo trip

The funny part is 95% of Yosemite drivable areas are fully paved and lined
