Meh. I’ll put it like this.

If @Supra TT curled 150lbs standing up straight and controlled it the whole time , that would be more impressive than @ThunderCookies curling 250lbs but having to bend his back in a damn C and swinging the fuck out of it just to get it up and then dropping it

To some, not all, the process of being able to handle heavy weight is more impressive than just doing whatever you can to get that ego number.

    That was the point.

I have no clue. I have also read that my preworkout has certain stuff in it that makes the veins pop up more too so that might have something to do with it if true.

I would agree if his form was that cringe-worthy. But to nitpick about slight rounded of the back on a PR attempt is silly.

I would jump on board if it was this guy: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h44SIMOMdEI

Yea but I’m still a novice compared to 90% of the people in here.

    The form looked weird.

    So I asked

    I was taught

    And that’s it.

Why are your panties in such a bunch? Guys here are just giving their thoughts and pointers to him so he doesn't get himself hurt in the future. All of them said that it looks fine, and while doing a PR it's normal.

I feel slightly better seeing someone else with a BF% in the 20's here, these buff mofos . HAHA!

Seriously though, 23% here, technically considered fat but apparently I wear it kinda well. Looking to drop it still, health took a turn for bad and stopped touching the weights two months ago....but everything is good, and starting again.

No worries, I'm just kidding. No shame in this thread, actually feel comfortable openly saying I'm fat here. XD

But yes, body fat =/= fat body.

this is me right now which is the lightest I’ve ever managed to maintain. Could lose more and get into full time 6 pack territory but I’m just kinda enjoying where I’m at for now. I’d say 20% atleast for sure. Maybe more.

Much better! Picked up some padded gloves for when I go mountain biking now. Lesson learned the hard way as to why everyone wears them lmao

Yes. I try to consume 128oz of water per day (gallon), not including coffee and beer, 128oz of pure water.

I can tell when I don’t stay hydrated and anything other than a gallon I don’t feel as well.
