Hmm interesting. ill have to look into it. Dont get the "funk" feeling but definitely have the lack of motivation at times

 

Cant hurt to at least check your levels, even if using it as a benchmark for later in life. Im going to have my kid get his drawn at 18 and 25 so he has a decent idea of where he should be

 

@Usethe2nd could also be mild depression. I felt like that for a while too and went to talk to someone about it. Made a big difference and it comes back if I dont go for a while.

 

i had considered it, but i wasnt feeling down, just low on energy/ no drive.

 

I hate to throw this at you, but are you working out? Thats also made a huge difference in how I feel.

 

Not currently, i usually go on 1-2 mile walks everyday with the kid. I’ve wanted to get back into BJJ and lifting but with my schedule it’s a PITA. Right now is the least I’ve ever weighed and the least muscle mass I’ve ever had.

 

Best ways I’m aware of to raise t levels are; eat red meat, workout, do compound movements, sleep 7-9 hours every night and have regular sex.

 

I think I’ve got all that down. Does masturbation count for the regular sex part?

No IT positions right now, I can let you know when one opens. And we are on the horizon of building a photo studio at our DC here in Sumner. Keep an eye out, positions are hard to come by.
