I am unsure about Praying Hands Ranch. But I was @ Hilltop this morning. There was a bunch of earth moving equipment just to the North of me a couple hundred yards.

As I pulled out, I saw a 1st gen Taco, no topper, a regular cab or extra cab, looked lifted, go past heading north. Was that you?

 

yeah it's all the students fault, not the school which admits more of them while continuously reducing parking

Hey guys, i just got cussed out and insulted by the owner of calmini products for requesting a refund for a bumper i ordered on thursday and called to cancel on monday. Prior to ordering they said it had a 6 week lead time and when i called to cancel it the lady said ok thats fine, i asked for email confirmation and received nothing. Then yesterday i called back and she said the owner wants to speak with me and will call me. No call today and the charge is still on my card. So i called and asked to speak to the owner, he got heated instantly and started to insult me and even called me a "little bitch". He claimed that they had already made the bumper and it was ready to ship (complete lie). He said they wouldn't issue me a refund even though i sold my truck and called to cancel within 3 business days on a product with a 6 week lead time. I remained professional and polite for the conversation (because i was recording it) and i told him that he would be getting more negative reviews on the toyota and nissan forums for this and i hope its worth the $430.00 bumper. After mention of MORE negative reviews of his company his tone changed a little and he said they would send a check to the address i had listed. not good enough. he continued to be rude and insult me until he hung up on me. So i called back and left a message for him with receptionist. I said that i had recorded the conversation and it would be making its rounds on the forums. He immediately called me back and with a more sincere tone said that there was no need for that and that the refund would be issued immediately. I told him to eat a dick too its late for that. He got pissy and mentioned a law suit for using the recording without consent. So i told him Colorado is a ONE PARTY consent state and good luck with that.

So my question for you guys, what section of tacomaworld is best for me to post this review/ complaint? Im not going to make the phone recording public until i speak to my attorney about it since they are located in California which is a two party consent state. But there is nothing stopping me from explaining my experience with that company and their completely unprofessional owner via my own words in the forums.

What do you all recommend? also, dont do business with calmini (duh)

 

Talk to your lawyer, Recording conversations is a Federal law (with some state governing) so I am not sure about which consent applies in your case.

 

Just say you got hacked and the recording was leaked. Appreciate the heads up on calmini

Oh he'll be a keeper, I'll make him want to go on "rides". Gotta get him used to the truck and driving on trails right away after he gets caught up on all his shots and he gets the go to be around other dogs.
