Dealership dropped something in cylinder head during spark plug replacement

I have done everything i'm blocked

 

But the dealer hiding this in the service records could be fraud maybe....

 

Yep I am at home and all works fine.....So they now they're hiding something and dont want to admit it!

 

So this Email came in over night from Tim @ SF Toyota

  Not sure, I got a hold of my service manager and they told me the truck will be ready Monday/Tuesday. Once ready I’ll get picks and ask them what the did to it

2- kinda hilarious they are getting shit.

 

I would think the accidents reported to car fax would keep this truck from being a cpo. Usually all those cars have a clean car fax.. this one doesn't

I am not sure someone dropped a tool into the cylinder, my service manager just told me is its getting some engine repairs done to it.

It should be ready by the end of today and ill grab some picture for you after.
