well give it one week for the freshman and then the next week the rest of the nest will come. The turons go home by late August. Homecoming is late September - another cluster fox trot.

 

Sounds like a crazy ordeal and I'm with you 100% as far as it not making any sense that they couldn't cancel your order within 3 business days when you were told there was a 6 week wait time. With that said as soon as he said you would receive a full refund the conversation should have ended. I get it, being called a "little bitch" is not cool and would get my blood boiling also but I'd rather collect my $430 and call it a day vs. telling someone to "eat a dick" and having to go through all the attorney bullshit. Good luck with everything though and I for sure won't be buying shit from them.
