I am of no assistance on this, I have also considered getting the ATN just never pulled the trigger.

I haven’t kept up to date with the current wait times, although I have heard of a few people getting hung up on the FBI background for several months for seemingly no reason.

Awesome! I’ve heard the Rugged Razor is a great can, you should be pleased with your purchase.

Back in the day AAC was the big name, since the “freedom group” bought them they’ve essentially disappeared because of antiquated designs and cost.
I’m personally not a fan of K.B. So I won’t buy Q products either (really the only one that looks interesting is the Erector).

There are lots of good manufacturers out right now, unfortunately most products aren’t “groundbreaking” as many of them like to claim.

Indiana residents! Buy through Element Armament if you want a Griffin Revo or Sportman can.

Thanks. I have 2 mcx pistol lowers. I will sbr 1 lower and keep 1 as a pistol so I can swap them depending on the situation (ie. conceal carry, going across state lines etc.). One guy on here said he got his sbr stamps back in 12 days

Talking with my cousin tonight and pulled some data, this is pretty rough but interesting.
I would like to hear from guys in the industry if they have any data/opinions to share.

Fiscal year 2010 there were 22,265 suppressors sold via form 4 according to the NSSF.
At an average of $550 per suppressor that’s an estimated cost of just under 12.25 million dollars before tax stamps.
The market has grown dramatically since 2010, in an interview in 2016 the CEO of SilencerCo said they sold 18,000 suppressors per month, and they held approximately 65% of the market share.
That’s approximately 400,000 suppressors sold on the market per year, at an average cost of $550 per suppressor (assuming all are sold in the US and not exported) the suppressor market was work approximately 220 million in 2016.
I believe those numbers have gone up since then but have no evidence to support that.

Griffin 30SD-K should be hitting retailers in the next few weeks.

Totally forgot to post in here the day I picked up my suppressor. I've had it about a month now and absolutely love it! Took exactly a year for everything to happen. I honestly never thought a gun could be as quiet as this one is. It's a Savage Mark II FVSR with an ATN 4K Pro and obviously the Q Erector. Running CCI Quiet and Winchester Super Supressed are by far the best options I've tried so far. The only thing you hear is the hammer strike and the bullet hit the steel.

I'm pretty sure I picked it up at Cabela's and if not there then it was Academy. Those are the usual places I buy 22 ammo. It's 45 grain and 1060 fps.

ATF is totally screwing commercial can MFGs.

Nobody is going to buy form 4 cans and wait 14+ months when you can get electronically submitted form 1s back in 20 days and make your own....

Not sure if allowed so move if needed. I have two certificates for 50% off any ThunderBeast Arms suppressors I'm looking to get rid of. Really helps bring the price down on a great supp.
