You can. You need to install a diode in the power feed from the horn to the light. I added additional lights under the tailgate that can be turned on by the reverse or manual switch. But the reverse lights do not come on if I turn the lights on manually only.

Not quite this easy. The extra amperage of light bar will probably blow the horn fuse. Unless you use a relay. Wire the hot from each switch to the relay. Put the diode in the horn jumper with the line on the diode facing the relay. Then yes the lights will flash at the asshole you are honking at.

Finally got rid of the OEM Sport Fogs.
Guy at work bought 2 sets from China and they shipped 3! My buddy gave them to me for the price of his shipping. “$10”

Can definitely see the difference from headlights (OEM) and new fogs

Blacked out the wheels and added a TRD center cap decal. Main purpose was to make sure I liked the blackout look of these OR wheels before I went and painted them. Will definitely get them painted after this! Really like the look.

Shit now I might have to do mine those look good! And painting / powered coating is so much cheaper than new wheels

I did the same with my Silver Sky. I ended up going with Matte Grey Sema rims because of the black flares on my DCLB Off Road. I really like the black on you rig. Looks great.

Depends. I got quoted $150 for powder coat, each wheel. I’ll be buying new ones for that price.

There is a good write up on painting yourself though.

Thanks! Not bad for $30 decals. I’ll paint these OR wheels at some point now. I would love to get new wheels to push the tires out just a bit, but, that will be next time I get tires most likely. Hard to spend cash like that when these aren’t bad.

The write up for painting was great. I have it book marked on my mods note page for when I do get to that point of painting. And it seems really easy to do as well.

I was on the fence for awhile. If I did mine, that’s the way I would do it. Would make it easy to color match any future scratches too.
