Prices of vehicles have been insane, and are clearly getting way more up there.

    It’s nuts.

It’s because we are collectively getting ourselves deeper and deeper into the “car loan” mire.

X2. Lol. I hate car payments. We do whatever it takes to pay them off as fast as possible.

The car price thing is always crazy to me now. Living in Chandler I see nice cars all the time and most of the homes here in the area are pretty expensive. I'm curious on what people are doing for a living to afford the payments on both and if they have kids that adds more to bills. I almost forgot student loan debt if they have any. Some jobs here in the valley pay pretty well but we are not getting paid Cali or Washington wages.

Most people have the mindset of "it's not more money just more payments"

Oh and it is way cheaper so lease an expensive car than it is to buy it. Most people do that shit too.

My older brother is like that. If he thinks he can squeeze in another payment he will.

I think it has to be mostly debt and a handful have it made with owning homes for many years and working at some of the larger employers here or long time business owners. With all the stress it comes with that much debt I can can see why taking one owns life has sky rocketed which is super sad. Loosing a job for one reason or another can completely take away everything if someone isn't prepared. I personally got laid off back in May and it took me a few months to land a new role and that's with 10 years in IT. In myy case I had money saved and I got a good severance package for being with them for a long time but not everyone has that luxury. I also don't have any debt or real bills other than rent/util and my GF and I don't live together so it just me but it was still stressful not having money come in so I can imagine what it would be like with a $40k truck loan and any other major payments.

Once the lease market collapses and only a++ credit can get a lease the car sales market will nose dive

My hood and roof are all jacked up due to the sun and me not waxing and caring for it enough. Anyone ever line-x'd it their hood or roof for more protection and to cover up all the worn away paint and sun damage spots?

He is part basenji, chihuahua, min pin, and a tiny tiny bit of pug according to the DNA test. Dad must have been an interesting dog cause his mom was a big 30lb Basenji.

Oh gosh, I am nostalgia tripping so hard. I dunno how many people on here are about my age and remember the Ninja Turtles "Turtles In Time" game for arcade/SNES/Genesis... I was maybe on the young side as I was 6 or 7 when it came out.

This was my favorite level from that game and man, the theme still gets me hype.
I was a hero to all my friends the day I managed to beat Shredder.:fistbump:
