    I've lost track
So I'm a delivery driver at Pizza hut...and tonight on one of my last deliveries some smart ass kids in there mom's bmw decide to throw a rock at the front of my truck as I pass them the other way...So I turn around and they take off into a neighbor hood thats a big loop around. So I waited and when they came out I got there license plate number, called the chp, and went back to work.

When the chp got to my work the guy insisted that the damage was not from a rock and that I would not be able to prove anything in court....Paint chips were coming off in my hand but he would not even write a report. There's marks where you can see the bumper caved in a little then came back out. And The license plate number came back to the exact car I described. He said all he can do is go yell at the kids but nothing can be done about my bumper. Does this seem right to you guys?? I'm pretty pissed off about the whole thing and its hard not to go pay them a visit myself...I just dont get how the kids get a slap on the wrist, and I'm stuck with a fucked up bumper.

Dude that sucks! How about you do the same shit to him. Then say, it was there. Followed by a Punch to the Pizza Eater! Then say that messed up Grille was already there!

dude if the cops arent gonna take care of you, take care of it yourself. Those kids deserve what is coming to them, no one is gonna feel sorry for them. Just make sure it's the same car/person so you dont fuck up someone who is innocent.

Pm'd back. And If the chp cant make money off of it then they don't give a shit. Sherrif said they cant do anything because Its considered a hit and run on a highway or some crap. I dont really know. I just dont get how it is a hit and run and they cant do anything when I gave them a license plate that matches the exact vehicle and everything. Bullshit.

once again a perfect example of how the system fails, maybe if you offered some donuts or coffee they would help you out...

No but seriously cops don't give a crap about things they consider "petty", I had my car broken in to a few times and don't even bother calling them they are worthless waste of time.. Hate to say it but sometimes you get more satisfaction from getting "justice" your own way
