Yeah, Star Citizen just constantly crashes so that would be only reason to turn on my Computer at home. So, no computer and I'm fine with that.

Had you gotten on here and said something that indicated you or your company was trying to make things right and had any remorse for the way you treated a customer, there might have been a different outcome. Instead you defended your asshole boss and attacked a member of this site and acted like an asshole yourself saying he deserved to be called a little bitch by your company. I'm not sure where you learned your customer service skills, but you obviously dont have much experience treating people with respect so you're not going to get any here.

As others have stated, your best course of action at this point is to update your resume and and hope your next employer doesnt find the posts you wrote because your company is getting the shit sued out of them and you're not going to have a job.

 

You left work and instead of coming home and taking care of things whether that be them, dinner, or resting and taking care of yourself to the best mother you can today, you searched out a disgruntled customer on webforums and tried to be brand ambassador for a company you have been with less than a month.....
