    Such a delicate flower...

    I'd say the tank (5lb looks like) is worth probably 30-50, regulator 50, lines and fittings maybe 10, are the kegs sanke taps like what you have in the picture? If so...low interest in those for homebrewing, more for commercial. I'd say you could probably bundle it all for $100-125 with kegs?

    Mead takes a long time to mature before you bottle it. Usually 8-12 months. After bottling it's best to wait another month or two before drinking.

    Hmm. Didn’t know that. The local meadery seems to produce and keg relatively quick. I didn’t realize it was such a big difference for home brewing it and bottling than kegging.

    Ugh, no mas! This one’s got way too much lime added to it. Had to pull out some salty nuts ( :rolleyes: ) just to make it palatable. At 10% ABV, I wasn’t tossing it.
