Nothing wrong with having a little pride in your bumper. Don't forget that all stereotypes are based on observable facts.

While the first gens were out busting trail, they were working hard to raise the 2nd gens uphill both ways in the snow. These second gens came to develop a work ethic but also understand technology. But these 3rd gens came along with their tide pods and their stupid Fortnite dance and are gonna be our downfall. Thank god nobody has figured out a mod for the 3.5l adding vape clouds to their tailpipe.

Technically, reading left to right, 'she's' is in front of the 'at'. :boink::D

Pedantic man would also like to point out that, when the hashtag is in front, it isn't 'pound' it's 'number'; e.g.: #9 is number 9 and 9# is 9 lbs.

By the way, why is pound abbreviated lb when there is no 'l' or 'b' in the word?:goingcrazy:

Yeah, it's a slow day at work.

Well, a new 19 year old coworker was unfamiliar with the term pound sign the other day. I was a little disappointed.

Well if you must know Lb is an abbreviation of the Latin word libra. The primary meaning of libra was balance or scales (as in the astrological sign), but it also stood for the ancient Roman unit of measure libra pondo, meaning “a pound by weight.” We got the word “pound” in English from the pondo part of the libra pondo but our abbreviation comes from the libra.

Why didnt you just wait for the person to come out and get their insurance information and handle it in person? Probably see my poor 89 y/o grandma later with a f***ing shopping cart on her car door.

No offense meant toward your grandmother, but if she cant park her car without hitting another car then she doesnt need to be driving.

You right, only people who have never made a mistake driving should have a license.

My point is, you never know who the other driver is or how crappy their day has been or what their circumstances are, we're all people. Imo, OP should have exchanged insurance, said "hey accidents happen", got it fixed, and the world would go on. As opposed to someone coming out to their car to see a shopping cart zip tied to it, possibly not even knowing why.

Ive made mistakes. I am also aware of when I hit another persons car with mine and find a way to let them know and own up to it.

    Too few to list.
My fix would have been to smashed against the other cars bumper to put that back in place.

Knowing my sweet grandma, she would have just driven home with the thing still ziptied to the door, then had my grandpa cut it off for her. Then there would have been a squabble over why the door is knackered and needs PDR and repaint.

Yep, everyone screws the pooch once in a while. Although if another person hits me and then just walks into the store, I'd be pretty upset.

Hypothetically, how mad would you be if you came out to work tomorrow, and a Walmart shopping cart was ziptied to you door? And the other end was ziptied to the column of the parking cover... I have no motive, but I sure have opportunity. :D Or we could tag team Julian on the opposite corner from you and ziptie a cart between his 4runner and his taco, just for the lulz.
