I’m there with my right shoulder my friend. Hurt it badly twice back when I play hockey. When I was flipping houses I would come home in some good pain each night. Would make sleeping not fun.

It’s Friday and I’ve been on this meeting for way too long...

 

Working session with me, my 2 tech leads, business lead, and a developer because the other stupid ass developers provided shit for work on my deliverable that was due 2 days ago and now my project is behind. Yay. I'm bout to drop though, it's all technical talk and I have zero use in here.

I had a funny one about 2-3 years ago. Was on an almost 7 hour call. All the sudden I kid you not someone started snoring. I was dying laughing. Then to top it off someone ripped a LOUD one. Some of my people started messaging me to make sure what they were hearing. I was like seriously how the hell do you not mute yourself the minute you’re on the call.

 

Unfortunately I am.

That is fucking hilarious. I double mute myself: phone mute and webex mute. I'm taking no chances there!

 

Nothing wrong with being a PM. Hopefully you aren’t one of the annoying ones who knows nothing about tech and just wants to schedule meetings.

Same here I mute the phone and mute on webex. I ain’t playin no games.

 

I know nothing about tech and want to schedule as few meetings as possible... yet here I am in hour number 3.5 of sitting in this meeting to put out the fire that is the non complete FDD and DDD....

I always hated dealing with PMs that were just totally full of shit and wanted to talk like they knew it all. I’m usually pretty good to deal with until I get pissed off. At that point I have a way of insulting you in a way where you aren’t quite sure if you’re being insulted or not. People that used to work for me would smile when I got started and die laughing.
