Mead is a long age process. Some do it with lots of attention and extra nutrients but it's generally a long process. Are you sure honey pot is quick to produce or they've got their pipeline down?

No joke. I made a series of 1 gallon batches (7+) and they typically became drinkable after a year or more. Better with age!

I was mostly experimenting with yeast nutrients and honey/water ratios. They were all super dry and boozy...

I've heard of a one month Mead from someone and it's got a heavy plan of nutrient additions and such. Never tried.

I have no idea at all. He doesn’t have a lot of storage so I can’t imagine anything takes super long to make though. But I could be wrong. I will ask next time I go.

Disappointed they didn’t have any of their BBA stuff left on tap. It was stellar at the festival.. wanted to try it in an environment not 95°+.
