    Morning fellas. Mowing did not happen yesterday. Hit a several downpours on the way to cabin, dropped down into valley where cabin is, dry as a bone. Unloading truck @ cabin, skies opened up, so we make breakfast and coffee. Sat around, shooting the breeze. Kind of nice actually. Rain stopped, but of course to wet to mow. We head into mountain to change cards in Dad's trail cam. Found a spot 10 yards from Dad's ladder stand where a bear had dug a bees nest out of the ground, and long claw marks on a tree beside the nest. Marks where higher than I could reach. Told Dad there should be a picture of him on camera and there are several. He's a bigin'! Dad again reminded us to never be in the woods without a firearm. We know this but that's just Dad being Dad. Good day yesterday, I'll take it!
