I am definitely not experiencing this "noisy" that several others are complaining about. I did the weather seals around the doors. I have noticed absolutely no whistling. In saying that, I drive anywhere between 75 (hangs head in shame) and 35 mph to and from work. Not comparing it to my '18 Honda Pilot would be smart though. I bought a truck expecting to do truck things with it. I do know that my truck is much more quite than my company's & coworker's Rangers.
Maybe the sport is more quite than the OR, but I have no idea if that is correct or not.

And laughed at the picture of the pussy driving. I'll have to use that 1 sometime.

I have owned every generation of Toyota trucks since 1977. To me, they only get better with every generation. Love my 2019 the most.

Not much road noise here, in fact with the windows up I hardly hear my STT Pro's slapping the pavement. After driving Fords for the past 20 years I consider my Tacoma a luxury vehicle.

I have the same issue. On further investigation I have found that it is the rear cabin AC vents that are just behind the back plastic panel of the truck. They let air out of the cabin and are basically a big hole right to the outside of the truck so all the sounds of the road come in. I am going to remove the back panel and use sound absorbing foam panels on it and see if that helps. I'll let you know the results when complete which will not be for a while because of work. Here is a YouTube video explaining the issue. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Be344ECh5pM I did a test and indeed it is them. When you drive down the road with the air on fresh mode for a while and then press the re-circulation button, the sound gets noticeably quieter within a second. The only way to eliminate the noise completely would be to block them off which would seriously compromise the HVAC system so it is highly not recommended. A lot of people are complaining on different forums about the new F-150's too so it seems to be an overall truck issue and not exclusive to Tacoma's. I have even see forums of people who cover them or take them out because of the noise and then their AC makes whining and whistling noises. Most of them ended up putting them back in and just living with the road noise.
