I have a 2017 sport and leave my a/c on all the time. A little over 14 miles each way to work and back and have no issues with any type of bad smell. Guess I'm just lucky.

 

Might be heading to Big Sur tomorrow (early before the tourist take over Bixby Bridge!) In case you didn’t know, when you get to Bixby Bridge take a left before crossing and head down Old Coast Road; it’s a nice scenic road through the forest; you’ll come back out to highway 1 after about 10 miles.

 

What is Toyota’s intention on how are we supposed to do with the cap? Just let it hang and slowly messing up our paint right below it? Usually other cars have some sort of mechanism to help with that...

I actually extend the cord and hold it on the locking mechanism of the little door itself. Ot sure if thats what its meant to do but it works perfectly! Still not sure if the cable would break after a long time, so I may get one of these myself.

 

Total Chaos bed stiffeners installed, preparing for Snugtop Rebel that I ordered last week.

Yeah I'm going to quit all the things about turning fans on high, heat, ect, ect, and just shut my a/c off when I turn the key off. Probably will still have to use cleaning foam at least once a year.

Got my S2 sport lights mounted as chase lights and completed the ARB bedside compressor setup.

 

Great setup! Really digging the compressor location!

I know what you mean! I put a tarp in there once......once! Think there’s a TW member that sells plugs that keep the dust out.

 

Added some King 2.5 RR to the front today. However my new uniballs are frozen AF and cant get them to rotate AT ALL. Any thoughts? =
Definitely the most complicated thing I've done on a car myself. Look forward to getting these UCAs sorted out and the rear done with some help.

 

The 6/60 is for the drive train only. The 36K is for bumper to bumper coverage.
