It's good for the creepy old men to stare. It gets their heart rates up and helps them live longer. So just think of yourself as not just serving food, you're serving them a longer, healthier life

I'd LOVE my job if it were Mon-Friday 8-4 and NO weekend work.

 

I too like my job, but like I said, sometimes the motivation just isn't there. I'd rather be doing... almost anything but working.

That's a good man right there. Baseball, beer, and boondoggling.

Some of the time I don't feel good enough to go to work, the rest of the time I feel too good to go to work.

 

Today was a definite "its too damn hot outside I'm hanging out in the office" day.

 

For me its more like "3 minutes and I'm gone"

But I miss the cold weather. Its pretty much hot as balls year round down here.

 

If they don't stop losing to shitty teams like the Astros, Pirates and Cubs and Nationals.

For what it's worth, the seats last night were great. I was wrong, 5 rows back, and off-center so I could see the snap of every Felix Hernandez breaking pitch freeze Bobby Abreu (3 times!) like he was cast in iron.

Today. Work.

Boo. Boo, I say.

 

I'd say that Felix is a contender for the AL Cy Young Award this year. Boy's been DOMINATING.

The Cards are now 8 games behind the Reds after being swept by the 'Stros. Don't get me wrong, the Astros are finally doing something (at the end of the season of course), they made ol' Pulojs look like Willie Mays Hayes, but I'm still surprised at the Cardinal's complete breakdown.

Now its back to work for me.

 

Snow? I'm hoping to skip out early tomorrow to go surf. It's way too early in the year for it to be getting cold enough to snow.
