    If you are having problems deadening the rear, and getting road noise... check the vent on the passenger side. that was a huge source of sound. made a baffle out of scrap ML Vinyl.

    If you are using the stock subwoofer doesnt that have the amp in there as well? That would stop the rest of the radio. I do not know where the amp is exactly but I have the same system and am getting ready to do the same thing. Let me know if it is in there or if you fixed it some other way.

    Yeah it looks like the amp is bolted to the same rack the subwoofer is attached to. Not 100% sure yet but that's what I'm going to try.
