I did mine on a weekend when the high temp was in the low 40s. The glue stuff was really stiff, so I used a hair dryer to heat it up as I pulled the plastic liner off.

Did you put your stock insulation back in before putting the carpet back? I did this same thing this past weekend and also threw the insulation back in. Now I cant get my kick panels or door sills to pop back down and stick. Hoping I dont have to take it all apart again.

I definitely didn't leave anything out when I put the carpet back in place so id imagine, yes, I put the stock insulation back. I may have trimmed back the MLV or the stock insulation around the edges so that the plastic sills would pop back in place. Honestly I don't remember having any issues.

I just had my truck done, we used hushmat and cascade audio engineering VB2(?) and I’ve done 100’s of cars in my career as a car stereo installer. This stuff really impressed me.

After all of my slave labor on this I had to at least post a pic. I used Noico on the doors and decided to try KilMat on the floor. No real pro or con between the 2. KilMat seemed to roll on a tad easier. Both cost around the same from Amazon. I then layered green Noico foam and lastly MLV over that.
