    When I was 20, a drunk driver slammed into the back of me while I was doing the 45 mph speed limit. Not sure how that old Ford Explorer I was driving didn’t flip, but I gave chase following him to his house while on the phone with 911. When the police showed up he was puking in his front yard. But they never saw him driving.... no DUI, just reckless driving and leaving the scene.
