Is that the instructions on the Rustoleum? Yeah, I wouldn’t exceed the 250. I’d keep them going at a low temp for a longer duration rather than high temp for short durations.

Yay for a 4wd vehicle! Got Rich's 4runner, time to do some maintenance and TLC work today while weather isnt bad

Yeah 99 with 3.4 runs good, has a slight miss when you drop the hammer, probably worn plugs or something simple. She's going to be taken care off.

 

Went to Mascoutah to see the car show, typical Chevelle vs Mustang show. This reproduction Porsche 904 showed up so I spoke with him for a bit. It’s made by Beck, a company in Indiana and I was pleasantly surprised to see how much attention to detail that was put into the reproduction. My appreciation for the 550, 356, and 904 models has grown but my budget hasn’t. A reproduction looks more and more attractive these days.



The tractor part of the show must have peaked last night as there were maybe twenty tractors left, only one B model John Deere. Did see this 4020 beauty. Total beast of a machine, diesel powered, electric start, and manufacturers are still making implements and accessories for it.

I need to clean the rest of the crap gas out and add some more gear lube. But it’s running great. Needs a new throttle return spring but that’s an easy make at home part.

 

I wish mine was doing that well. Needs the clutch rebuilt, new brakes..new lights, some wiring redone...I cant imagine what the carb looks like

 

I need to redo all the wiring on the Super C to get it sorted. Once that’s done I can use it to start cutting the track back to the camp I have on the backside of the property. Used to have a cool little Cub Scout camp back there that I hope to get cleaned up and back in use.
