Being in CA you’ll have to get the one with the lower capacity magazine lol. And don’t even think about adding a pistol grip
    :bananadead: :)
And get a background check when u buy salt lol

Having easy access to tri tip and legal weed is a fair trade in my book tho

You guys know there is a 2.0 version out now that shoots harder and delivers even more payload. There is a YouTube video that does a side by side comparison. I’d like to have one, but I can’t justify $40.00 for a fly swatter.

Weather last night was pretty wild, lighting strikes all around me and rain on and off for 4 hours. And there was 10% chance of rain only "popcorn" showers. Someone forgot to tell Mother Nature, that fickle bitch.

So my meal got all out of sync but still turned out awesome.

Went to Costco looking for King Crab and Lobster Tails but didn't realize you had to buy 10 lbs. of them at a time, damn that is right up there with a mortgage payment.

Did end up with 4 capsteaks some really good ones. @bvbull200 still wins for the thickest but I had one come close just shy of 3" thick. Took 2 pieces of bacon side by side to wrap it. And top sirloin for the son he likes lean meat well done. Not wasting a capsteak on him. Did do both with the Head Country marinade and Butcher Phosphate tenderizer. Will use that combo on all my steaks from now on.

    Smoked steaks.jpg

Ended up having to smoke it for 1 hour 15 min. to get IT up, used a chunk of Hickory. Then seared it.

Couple ears of corn wrapped in foil filled with butter. And hobo taters with carrots and onions. and a stick of butter.

    Plattered meal.jpg

Hobo wrap carmalized on the edges, but that is how I like it. I peel the food off and eat it as Chiefs choice. Still plenty of uncarmalized carbs in the wrap.

    capsteak corn hobo.jpg

Sprinkling 2+ years aged Parmesan cheese on it probably takes it out of the realm of hobos. Damn it was good and worth it.

    plated half done.jpg

Had leftovers for brunch this morning with a couple eggs over easy on top. Was damn good too.

I paid the $40 and I believe it is worth it. We take it camping keeps the kids busy and salt your food as well while you cook.
