    What’s happening?

No idea on who it is.

Side note: I stoped in Ft Monroe last sunday for something to do. Damn east bound tunnel was jammed up. Said screw it.. might as well check out the beach access.

The tunnels are a challenge in the off-season, I try and avoid them (especially when I lived down closer.) at all cost, let alone during the summer time. I64 becomes overwhelmed with PA, NJ, NY, and those damn MD plated vehicles... we avoid the interstate on the weekends due to the overwhelming amount of folks coming and going from VA Beach and OBX that can't understand how to maintain with speed of/flow of traffic... or cruising in left lane on 2lane highway isn't how it works!:annoyed:

    Agreed.

Going from Richmond, east blows on the 64. Thats why I usually run 460. yeah the speeds can vary, But worth it.

I drive from New Kent to Yorktown M-F...thankfully it's the afternoon commute that seems to have 4x the vehicles compared to the morning commute.

My wife works up in Short Pump, so we both are in the 400mi weekly work commute club (prior she was commuting from Newport News [86mi. one-way drive] at my old house while we were dating, then engaged...then built up in NKco.)...suffice it to say I never complain about the 84mi. round trip I'm making these days.

Evening all! Just back from taking care of the family property, some down limbs across the "road" in and the grass hadn't been mowed since may, because the mower broke on our June trip. Even the little one got in on some fun! Also gotta shoot off some leftover fireworks from getting rained out on the 4th of July.

...and wife had a great time when I stopped at the farm and garden center on 20 headed through orange, and took the her to the $1 plant sale we happened to pass. $24 worth of succulents later... Happy Wife, Happy Life!
