It’s awesome. Bonneville salt flats. 3257F415-E3B1-4464-87E4-AF92B02F0A15.jpg WestBound I-80 , just before Nevada border. Stop at the rest area that has picnic tables , the iconic Bonneville sign and about 2 miles away is the road to Bonneville speedway. (Spoiler alert .... it’s just a long stretch of salt) lol

Thanks. We've been retired five years and take a big trip every year. Next up is the SW parks next spring.

    Denali is fantastic!
You lucked out with a clear day to see the mountain! It was cloudy the day I went and couldn't see it.
I did have a look at it from the airplane flying out of Fairbanks.

No kidding. I know someone who was up there a week and never saw it, I was in the park 2 days and saw it on both.

If anyone gets up there and only has a day or so to get out into the park, I highly recommend a Discovery Hike.

We have been lucky. Been to Denali 5 times and have seen the mountain every time. Can't stop looking at it.
