Well that opened up a bigger can of worms than I was hoping for. I'm planning on getting new wheels and tires in the near future and just wanted to add about 1.5" of lift while hoping to soften the ride just a bit.
If it's going to cost a bunch of money to achieve that I might as well just add spacers and block but I don't really want to go that route to achieve my goal. Looks like I'm going to have to do some more research and make a decision. Thanks for the info.

That's good to know. Would like a slight improvement in the ride. Was hoping to achieve about a 1.5" lift while doing it. May try that 1st and see how I like the ride before adding more options. Don't do a lot of hauling so that is not an issue for me since I sold my boat last year. Appreciate the info.

It's almost always a good idea to change one thing at a time to see what difference it made.

I'm sure it is. Still wanting that slight lift. May just get the 5100's and just add an aal or leaf pack to get that and then see how it rides. May chat with Headstrong too just to get some ideas from them. Thanks again for your thoughts

Sure, go ahead and make me feel bad about that wasted flat area on my hard tonneau. ;)

The 5100s are an improvement in shocks since you have a sport (I personally don't like the stock tokico shocks). The ride will change when you move up notches on the 5100s as the stock springs are progressive so the more they are compressed the higher the spring rate will be. This will probably be a wash though as the 5100s ride better than the tokico shocks out of the box.

Keep in mind, as others have stated, ride is subjective. What I prefer you might hate.

I too don't like the OEM wind sails behind my tires. Take a look on EBay. I found a basic set of flexible ABS mud flaps for less than $100 US.

I installed 1" wheel spacers. The factory tire is still just inside the fender flair but you can tell the stance is wider.

I am quite happy with the RMAS kit. You get a bit of lift in the rear without compromising ride.
