    Generally 17-19mpg driving like an old man. I’m on 265/70R17 w/ 2”ish of lift. I do have some other work done I believe compliments the gears.

    LT headers
    Intake
    70mm TB
    And a HP tune

    I think they all work together to bring out the best. However, out of all the mods, I think the gears are by far the biggest bang for buck when done alone. I’m not quite done yet, but overall very happy with the trucks new attitude.

    Call me stupid, but what is this "bevel" you speak of? Both sides look the same to me, I'd like to mark these ASAP for when it comes time to install there will be no confusions on my part, but I don't see a difference between front and rear of this thing.

    Noticing now I don't have very good photos of the front too show the lack of bevel. @12TRDTacoma the bevel is the slight angle I cut into the back side of the keyway that aids with install marked here in blue.

    On the front side of the gear (towards the radiator) the new keyway will NOT be beveled as shown here in yellow across from the factory bevel in red.

    That looks perfect. The new keyway when looking from the front should be slightly to the right of the tooth it is aimed at. EDIT when the tooth is down.

    Yes, I edited my post a little to reflect that. When the keyway is upwards as it would be during the install, it will be slightly left of the matching tooth.
