I used to restore the old hit and miss engines for fun but collectors turned to them and now they are ridiculous money. This one was originally sold to a dealer in Kansas City, Missouri so it hasn’t gone too far from where it’s lived it’s life. I’m selling it now as I need the space back and I want to use the cash towards another project.

Porsche 904 Carrera GTS replica made by Beck in Indiana turned out to be my sons favorite car at a local show today.



The antique and vintage farm equipment show in the other section of the park had my favorite machine.

 

Yesterday my Daughter did a thing.

Is it a brass tag and brass carburetor one? I restored one back in the 80’s but sold it later to buy a 1936 AR Deere.

You going to level out the driveway there, then pitch it or leave it?

 

Still has the tag but the carburetor was gone before I got to it so it has a later model carb. 1935 year model - first year - with a four digit serial number. Originally sold as a slick back but had pto when I found it. It’s a really great little machine but with my left arm tore up starting it is a massive chore.

Still have a 1953 Farmall Super C that’s electric start, going to work on that one next and intend to keep it.

 

Yup I had that 1935 B for a while, still have a 1949 B. Actually there are 13 mostly Deere’s in the stable. But then I got interested in garden tractors. Much easier to haul and store. Here’s 2 of them I made into custom miniature tractors.
