Hanging cams today, one of my coverts had a leaking duracell in it, I pulled out the duracells and brought the covert home and cleaned it with vinegar....
Time will tell if it was saved or trashed.

i wont use duracell for game camera ever, ive had 2 or 3 batteries explode in them and it messes up the camera eventually.

I know almost nothing about batteries, but will use the lithiums this year and see if it helps. Thanks!

I am also going to try running at least one camera on the big external batteries and compare that to the disposable kind.

weird, I figured as dry as it is if I pooled up a tub the animals would like it to drink out of. But apparently they arent too fond of it. Theres little to no pics near it. They seem to go around by it but not drink out of it... which is weird.

Dump some table salt around it, they'll show up. (If legal)

yeah might throw some apples there just so they know its not going to attack them...LOL theres a couple night pics that looks like they are getting close or drinking from it but the the flash might be scaring them also. and my other camera is fizzling out and not taking pics...

the tub is right in the middle by the black bar, between the date and time stamp. They obviously see it...and water is running so they hear it.

yeah she does, theres one with a fawn that comes in and of course the fawn I think has drank out of it at night. I cant really see because the flash washes out everything when it goes off. i may need to turn it slightly. also I think the flash is making them nervous also...

I usually get pants at an Army surplus. They last forever and don't fade too bad.
