I find it amazing how we all tend to get acclimated to our environment. How one can deal with extreme cold yet another can deal with extreme heat.

 

..if its gonna be HOT....it's got to be DRY

I've been at Star Wars Canyon four times in the last 27 years and ea time I was there I had an awesome time . I hope the NPS and the Military doesnt permanently close down this viewing area !!!

 

Hate the cold too. Thank God I've got me a 50 lb hound dog to snuggle up to on the couch at night in the winter while I'm watching the tv. He is like a hot water bottle.

Got that too, hot asses and they got plenty of gas from eating beaver tails (fat) and road kill (protein)



They don't even break stride to shit while pulling.

6 heat strokes and passing out ~20 times of heat exhaustion in the Engineroom room of ships mainly in some Gulf someplace took care of that for me. I can no longer handle the heat. Period. Breaks 80 and start to think about moving further North. But I don't like to be cold either LOL. But my body doesn't reject it and freak out about it like it does heat.

 

BTW. (an example). Please forgive me if I don't understand all the abbreviating that goes on nowadays. I probably will have to ask questions. I come from an age that spoke and typed everything out. I get BTW, OMG, TRD, MAF and some others but I am lost as a white dove in a flock of crows when it comes to most of those around here. Sorry, back on topic.
