Honor system I believe. You’ll leave your username, asking price, and phone number or something on a card. Or at least that’s how I’m doing it. If someone is shitty enough to steal at an event like this, it won’t be long before they are caught

We are going to have tags that you fill out with the suggested price and who to see and we will each have a name tag on us with our real name and TW handle on it so people know who to see. We can also do like a "silent auction" kind of thing with a sheet of paper next the each thing if it is a "or best offer" kind of deal. We can wait towards the end of the meet to settle up any buys or trades.....

The Point of a swap meet is to see what’s there when you get there  not to advertise what’s going to be on the table so you can get it sold prior to

Maybe I’ll make up a sheet and print a bunch out for the sellers to fill out? Would anyone find that useful?

Do I recall discussion of some sort of sign each member was going to put in their truck, with username, etc? Like at a car show? Any specific format or info? Or just keep it casual and just do whatever.

I was planning to print an 8 1/2x 11 “window sticker” with
    User Name
Real First Name and some indication of town or state
    Year/Model
    List of Mods
    List of Future ideas

I was going to tape it to the passenger window.

If you would like to do that....most certainly go for it. Whatever info you would like to put on there......mods, year, future mods.....completely up to you.
