See and the whole purpose of this purchase is to keep from rashing my purty Copper Ray 10s. Otherwise I would just meet you at Dave's! I'd love to break bread and share a cold one with you! I know what will happen though. The steelies would come too late and then I'd be pissed. I hear they get wild up there sometimes. Of course I could promise myself to be good and just chill. I'm dying to try out my tent.

When in September? Has he set a date yet. I mean I know he goes up every weekend but.......

Holy shit! That's amazing. My OEM tube steps almost went to Fla. but wound up going to SC instead.

    This forum truly is incredible!

I think I still hold the record for the farthest one trip driven to do a TW Express run two winter's ago when I brought Llyod's Speedway Blue Snugtop cap out to Philly for the Cheesesteak Meet, he covered gas and tolls and bought lunch. That was one bitter cold day.

    Good morning Tony.

Thank you very much! That would be awesome. Once we have a definite plan with dates set I'll PM everyone involved with my personal information so if needed I can be texted or called directly. My phone is always on and with me.

Again, I appreciate the help greatly!

Absolutely! I certainly don't want anyone inconvenienced! There is no sense of urgency on my part and just appreciate your help!

Thank you Tony! So then the plan is for @Armyhater458 to pick them up from @MidnightRebel07 when he comes to pick up his bumper from you and you will hand them off to @Blackout14 at the AOAA event. Unless he sees you sooner. At which time I will coordinate with Joe about a possible handoff another way.

I believe I have this all correct. It's still early for me and I have been in contact with a lot of members on here about this.

If you can help with storage or run a leg I will bring them when I come to get my bumper. Also PM me when you get a chance.

It doesn't matter to me, 45min to 1 hr either way for me. I'm on vacation and may be able to swing by Jerry's on the way back north of I re-route slightly.

@Skell Tony said he could hold them until AOAA so that works. Thank you again Tony! Thank you again Mike!

LOL!!!!! Just don't go with Joe! His road trips apparently require rations for weeks!!!!!!

I am no geography expert but isn't Indiana a tad bit west of Pa? :D Just kidding. Not sure of your name name but damn, thanks so much Brother! I'm Rob. If you pitch in, and snag the wheels from @MidnightRebel07 and that's better for Mike @Armyhater458 then excellent. I am pretty sure that would make you the 6th person to touch the wheels. I am going for a TW Express record.

I have always said this and have to keep saying it, people like all of you make this forum incredibly wonderful to be a part of. It's been that way since day one for me.

I just hope I can live up to everyones standards and uphold the same beliefs and attitude, for as long as I am breathing!

What's really funny, the guys that know me well on here (too many peeps to list, on soooo many threads) know I have been building my truck up to the point it will be ready (by my standards) for going off road. Tires, suspension, full skids, sliders, and now these wheels. But my best friend, for the past 36 years, my wife, knows me better than anyone. She supports me 110% no matter what I do, and thankfully, so does everyone on here I befriend.

I explained to her how I bought the steelies to preserve the Brushed Copper Ray 10s I bought immediately after buying the truck, also from a member on here. She knows how stupid I can get sometimes, and how hard I am on things, and yes, clumsy, and agreed that was a very smart decision. She thanked me. :p

She knows I am also on the TW Express list and have already made a couple runs myself for people. So she is aware what it is. Thinks it's really cool we do it.

Then I proceeded to tell her how all of you are generously offering to transport these wheels and everything involved, all the people involved, the logistics, coordination, etc. I also tell her all the great stories on here and how we kid with each other and how some of the people on here jokingly rag me about not being off road yet. The camaraderie here is phenomenal! :fistbump:

She looked at me and said........... "You know, by the time you get those wheels, they will have more miles on them than you will ever put on them off roading" and then laughed at her own joke! o_O :D
