    Anyone else end up with a gap similar to mine?

    It’s not too terrible, but the lack of weatherstrip between the headlight and grill bothers me. The hood cannot slide forward anymore

    Gonna try using regular bolts for the hood instead of the self centering ones.

    I can’t get out the ones that just hold the hose to the hood. You back side has no access at all.

    I misread that. I thought about the nozzles. They're most likely gonna snap if you pry them off. I'm sure the replacements are dirt cheap.

    For those that have done painting, what did you end up using / needing? Received the plastic fillers for my headlights and looking at what I need to do to get them looking better than the gray plastic. Any ideas?

    Noticed only people with after market bumpers seem to be having problems. Factory bumpers secure lower part of grill. Maybe bottom needs to come out a little to close the gap on top :notsure: .
    Curious how bottom is secured .

    Pro/2015 Coil-overs n shocks, Icon progressive AAL, Firestone Ride-Rite Air Bags and cradles, ECGS clamshell bushing, Extang Solid Fold Tonneau cover, 2014 Navigation radio and backup camera, Wet Okole seat covers, rcbs204 lighted 4x4 switch, Weathertech digifit floor mats and in channel window vents, Scanguage II, Hayden 678 Trans cooler, Western Suburbanite plow, Pop and Lock PL8521
    I haven't done this(yet) but you can buy Duplicolor touch up paint that comes in spray paint cans and clear coat. I would think that would work on a small part like the filler piece under the light.

    That's exactly what I used my paint for but I used this product:

    I bought the actual color and their clear coat. Worked great and has held up for a few NorthEast winters.

    Sorry, I'm jumping into this late - are you planning to run an OEM 2012-15 bumper cover? If so, the 2012-15 crash bar is needed. The 2005-11 crash bar will not allow the 2012-15 bumper to go over it unless you either trim the bumper cover or the crash bar. When I was doing my swap, I accidentally left the 2005-11 bar on there and the 2012-15 bumper cover would not fit over it at all. Once the correct crash bar was in place, the cover went in place without issue.

    There's so many people on this board that have aftermarket bumpers, someone should have a crash bar they're willing to part with for cheap.
