Yes, indeed that’s what I was hoping. I’m going to be redoing my lower shock mounts/leaf/shackle setup and want to be able to get that bump zone just right in harmony with my bypasses. Thanks a lot! I like these better than the icons I was looking at, and since I don’t fancy paying 1k on bumps.

A lot of stuff, just ask and I'd be happy to tell you. Or we could wheeling/camping
Exactly!!!! And yes, that’s what steered me away from King and Icon. Heck just their mount they want $500, then another 5 for the bump ‍♂️

Icon's kit is $664 with bumps but no cans so it isn't too bad, but it's Icon so not so good on corrosion resistance, no TW discount, and of course their black-magic valving. I found Locked's thread in the suspension forum and they offer 15% off to TW members and their quality looks up there with the likes of King/Fox's systems. I posted under the thread to see if they had the same bump style option for 2nd gens and turns out they are local to me as well so I'll probably ring them up or email them if they don't see my post.

That's good to hear. For my applications, hydro's are going to be a must. Anything higher speed with frequency of hitting the bumps, a rubber bump isn't going to cut it in terms of reliability and by far in terms of tuning. Gotta make the most of the up travel I have with a clean bump zone. Having two compression bypass tubes also helps.

do I understand correctly that relocation brackets require wheel spacers?

Get some really aggressive BS/-offset wheels and you should clear. I am running 17x9 with a -12 offset with a 1.5" spacer with room to spare. Look at some of the SCS Ray 10 or F5s in 17x9 -38 offset and they should clear. I have been running spacers for going on 3yrs now with no ill affects or issues. Get some good quality ones and you won't have an issue.

With a 2.5" shock you'll need spacers or wheels like I described to clear the shock body.

Why do you think that's no good???

I was just not aware I needed spacers. I honestly like the idea of a wider stance. I'm not about to buy new wheels. I have fn countersteer type x but I don't remember the backspace specs. anyone have a link to the best spacer set up? I assume I do the front to match?

What's the offset/backspacing? I'm running spidertrax 1.25" wheel spacers to clear 2.5x14, but it's a bypass so it's even wider. If you have a smooth body, you might not have any trouble at all. With stock wheels, you would definitely need spacers, so that's why Eric includes that information in there because not everyone is running aftermarket wheels.
