I got the email yesterday afternoon and ordered the dome light. I’ve been waiting for a long time and missed several other batches. They sell out quick!

Right this moment I am sitting in the waiting room of my dealer while they do my 25000 mile service. Asked what they were doing and was told tire rotation, fluid checks and overall inspection. Kidded that any good inspection should include a good cleaning so the service gal added a courtesy wash.

At my dealership they usually offer it when having service done. I usually decline because it’s a half ass job with water spots on the windows.

Mine does a good job. I don't know if it's because they're a small town dealership or if the guy doing it just has more pride in his work.

That's it! That's the one. When I was 13 that was my Tacoma. Wow does that take me back. Love my '17 a whole lot more though. No peddling required. :D

I got back on there and bought the matching map lights. I was going so fast to get the order in before they were gone and now I’m paying shipping twice... oh well.

hmmm, my truck gets a wash every time it's in no questions asked, no matter what's being done to it. As a matter of fact you need to tell them not to wash it if you feel it's already cleaned. Granted it's a quickie with limited wipe down but not bad if you've got road dust and dirty windows.

Because my parents weren't "rich",, I had the Sears' version of the Schwinn! It was purple too. My big Christmas present in 1968 when I was 10 years-old.

    Miss those days.
