That's what I thought Mason, thanks for confirming this.

I was reading last night that there are programmable sensors. And that they can be cloned as long as you know the codes for the ones you have. Apparently some places have the tools to read the existing and write to the new.

There are OBD2 tools you can buy too. I know @pdenajim has one. But like you said alloy wheel sensors are different than steel wheel sensors. So I will try to find programmable versions that fit steel wheels.

Or just deal with the stupid flashing light and manually checking the tire pressure all winter.

Yea, what I'll probably do. Some guys say it's still obvious at night though. I'll likely just zone it out. I usually don't see the low fuel light until it's almost too late most of the time so..........
    :fistbump:

Hey! Sweet pair of Tacos by the way!

That's definitely Tundra territory. My wife would've been pissed about a 2500. She doesn't like parking the Tundra.

I've definitely seen you guys around. I also saw that old Land Cruiser on Friday when I went to the Boathouse

I’d just deal with the light personally.

But i know you don’t want to do that lol.

I used to switch two vehicles back and forth twice a year and one was an 04 4runner....black electrical tape on the light does wonders all winter lol

Yea, since it looks like I'm going to either have to drive there to get them (9 fucking hours round trip) or eat the cost to ship them (no one on TW Express is over that way) I may just say fuck the light. I wanted to keep this a cost effective deal since I will be paying to swap my tires on the Ray 10s to them and then new tires bla bla bla. However, If I can get a set of 4 TPMS cheap I would be willing to go that route and also buy a programmer so I can just flash the ECU when I switch them.

If you do pick them up, would you be willing to let me test fit one rim on my truck? I like the style but not sure if theyll fit!

You get the sensors and we'll get them straightened out on your truck.

Haha she is my detailer! Some women have a bunch of hair products, mine has a bunch of truck shine products. Got it down to a science. She has been using the Chemical Guys products. I don’t know what is what but she knows. All I know is Turtle Wax!:)
