You shouldn't have to lift if your willing to adjust a few pieces of plastic.

With the 265/75’s and F5’s I would just need to trim and pick a different tire ? Sorry I keep reading different stuff.

You should be able to run any 265/75 if your willing to move the plastic around

Just so you know the 265/75 size will come close to your upper control arms. I put wheel spacers in. You may want to also.

Doesn't matter on the lift since that doesn't change the size of the wheel well.

265/75/16 on F5 with 4.5bs will fit with slight rubbing on some of the plastic. You'll have plenty of room at the UCA as well. That's the size I'm running on my truck but I do have a bit of a lift...as I said it doesn't matter if you're lifted or not though because as the suspension cycles the wheel still follows the same path as a non-lifted truck.

I've been using 265/75/16's on stock rims for years, never an issue.

No Mudflaps and a less aggressive tread are likely the reasons. The chains are on the back as well.

they are good on snow but awful on wet pavement. It'll spin if i gave it too much gas on wet pavement from take off.

here’s what I decided! I went ahead and bought a Bilstein 5100’s shock for a 3” lift if the front and a 2” AAL with a toytec boss shock in the rear so I’ll get 3” all the way around. I’m in the market for UCA now and once everything here and I have the UCA’s I’m gonna have everything installed at once. Then I’ll be looking for my tires options and do whatever trimming I need to. I didn’t realize how fast my build was going to take off. I told myself “Sam just get a set of nice wheels and tires and run those for a while then slowly build up form there” at this point the wheels and tires which was going to be my first upgrade will probably be the last thing I put on the truck and the least expensive purchase HAHAHA!

Here’s my truck right now 2008 TRD Offroad with 41,000 miles. After this lift comes in and I figure out what wheels to run it’s gonna look totally different. Not to mention with all the light pod’s I also have on the way. It’s crazy this all started when I told myself I needed a “led light pod, fog light kit” then wheels and tires, now a lift. Thanks for the help I’ll post pictures to the thread if you guys want updates.

Same wheels and size, same tires and size, no lift. Rubs enough to annoy you.

Don't have a great pic showing them, but eh:

    That’s with 265/75’s?
I just ordered my 3” lift last night and now I’m working on finding good UCA’s I’m gonna go bigger than 265 now

Bigger than 265 means you are going to need to cut more than plastic (unless you're looking at 255/85/16). I assume you're familiar with the cab mount chop...if not you should be.

I am! I’ve been doing a time of research and I don’t even have the lift put on yet so I’m sure once I actually have the suspension set up with the wheels I’ll really be decided how big I want to go
