Did you get the computer updated? There is a service bulletin for what you are describing. Once I got mine done, it was like a totally different truck.

Exactly one of the things I've been looking at and discussing. What setting are you planning on using on the front? Please please please let me know when you install it and how you like the ride compared to your stock suspension. Thanks

    stuff and things...
installed the DSM today...was surprised how easy it was to pull the trim piece off...used a pair of locking pliers wrapped in painters tape to hold it while i drilled the holes out, seemed to work fine...

Alright doll-face, c'mon and bore me!
Keep in mind the weight of that cap makes a difference in lift height and ride.

Kings, 275/70/17, a few custom items, lots of Meso mods.
Repainted for the 3rd time. Not sure why first 2 times paint would not completely dry? Even after weeks it stayed tacky. So all old paint removed and new paint batch used this time:notsure:
So hopefully projector alignment will be easy and I'll have these in a couple weeks.

285/75/r16 Nitto Trail Grappler M/T’s, Extang 2.0 hard tonneau tri-fold. Billstein 5100’s front/rear with OME 886 coils and Headstrong off-road 3 leaf progressive AAL. All speakers replaced with Kicker CS Series. BulletPoint Taco Bar with stubby CB mic holder and two-way FRS/GMRS radio holder. Uniden PRO505XL 40 ch CB. RCI engine and transmission skid plates. RCI sliders. Garmin Mini Dash Cam 2. CMC by Milogen Fabrication.
The front is set at zero since I have the OME 887’s. Like @Ruminator says the weight of the cap makes a difference in ride and height in the rear. Overall it rides great IMHO. It’s a nice solid feel. I also reinstalled the overload springs when installing the 3 leaf, mainly because of the weight of the cap. It rides nice and smooth. Before the 3 leaf I had some bro lean going on. The overload spring gives it a little extra height. Right now after some settling of course it sits pretty level with a slight rake. Very happy with the results! Thanks BTW!

Picked a 101° day for a tire rotation. Rattle canned the rear brake drums while I had the wheels off to clean up that view, and went ahead and pulled the chrome sombreros off the center caps in preparation for some TRD decals.IMG_20190806_190238.jpg

Lots of things I've purchased were not new. Just new to me. Like @Ruminator, got my '17 in January of '18 but at least this time it was new. Actually how far out in the woods in Ga are you? I'm in Canton, Holly Springs city limits.

285/70/17 KO2s on Fox 2.5 suspension. It rides like an early 90s Cadillac. I’ll stiffen them next week, I’m just enjoying floating over the road.

Mine weren't rich either, just hard working folk that wanted us to have more than they did as kids. At 13 my mom became the mother of her 8 siblings after her mother passed and she wasn't even the oldest child. One of her jobs as a very young child was to go out in the street after the rag man came by to scoop up the manure that the horses left behind for the family garden ......., no joke.
I'm sure each of our families did what they could to make a better life for all of us. Sears version of a Schwinn was no less a gift than a Schwinn. I'd say we were both blessed to have parents that thought enough of us to bring joy and happiness into our lives. The brand is not at all important it's the thought and hope for a better life than they had that is. I'd like to think we all miss those days. A time when people worked hard for what they got and a handshake and your word were as good as a written contract. Those days are long since gone. They say that history repeats itself..........., let's hope so.
