Yup. We’re building it now.

 

Yeah, usually more off the beaten path, just setup shop. Like 90% of the camping we do on wheeling trips is dispersed.

ARB should start selling hydraulic aluminum platforms with covers for you to jack up and slide the RTT onto for storage in the garage. It will cost as much or more as the RTT but if ARB builds it, they will buy.

Lil confused why you’re adamant on using a coaxial type cable, it’s be a lot easier to use normal stranded wire.

 

We didn’t know how big the box would be, if it was on a pallet, or if it would be multiple boxes. That’s why we rented the trailer.

And like hell if I’m letting some Lowe’s employee get near my truck with a forklift.

 

It’s supposed to be like those cable lights that use a minimal amount of juice. Not the same electrical concept, just minimizing how much the cable takes away from the floating look of the light.




Coax or not I am looking to minimize how much the wire takes away from the look of the light. I like this if I could find it in bulk - I’ll need about 15 feet.

One thing though, might want to remove the hi-lift until you finally put on some armor. Just adds more weight and not going to help you with stock bumpers and no sliders. Well, unless you have that lift-mate thing...

Actually used it to lift the shed pallet to help the forklift slide the forks under it to push it onto the trailer.

Basically primitive camping is allowed anywhere in National Forest land. Leave no trace, stay the trail still applies but that doesn't always stop people from throwing trash everywhere and not bury their turds.


The lack of traditional designated camping resources like water/restrooms/fire pits/picnic keeps a lot of the yuppies away

 

Yeah that’s all I want. I want them to tell me they don’t care and that the 3 year warranty doesn’t cover defects past catastrophic failure.
