Im trying to get some matte/satin black (to match the black flares on my O/R). I want them in 16in cus thats the tire size I have, and I would like for them to be as "light" as possible. Does anybody have any recommendations? I also want a little offset (thats what pushes the tires out a little right?).

Sounds like F5s are up your alley. 4.5 BS no trim required and wheels are slightly pushed out, 3.5 BS you got that stance but you need a lift and some trimming.

    Here’s 16x8 4.5 BS which weight 18lbs 13 oz. The 3.5 are a little lighter.

I like the look of Method NV or Double Standard. Bad Ass wheels too. Could not find Orange Taco Off Road with Method wheels. But I’m sure they are out there.

Check FN wheels. They are fairly light and have a few different styles too. I wanted to go to 17s so I went with the konig countersteer type x. But there are other options

Be one of the only few Elite RGV Tacoma owners with some SCS wheels. To do that, you’ll also need to get rid of those 265’s my guy.

Ray 10 and 285/75/16 is where the good stuff is at my guy

Those don’t really check the box of being light as possible, but I agree black rhino makes some nice ones.

What size tire do you have there? Also did you need a spacer to fit the rim?

Does anyone run these other wheels in off road races? Are they just street wheels?

Can you fit 285 under a stock 3rd gen?

Before I lifted, I mounted my 285s and rubbed everywhere. With trimming you might fix some of that. Also, wheels might make a difference in whether it rubs or not. Highly doubt 285s on stock truck would be doable though. I have heard some 3rd gens have been able to run a 255/85/16 (skinny 33s) on stock suspension.
