I have a buddy that does home inspections. Hes gunna go through it with me. But i already have the seller paying for the foundation inspection and the mold and termite stuff. He also knows he has to fix whatever FHA finds to. So hes willing to do what he must to sell it. Im pretty much set with that.

Congrats again man. All the stress will settle once you're done closing. Then it's just a few leisurely trips back and forth from new home, old home, new home etc.

Well the time has come. Now that I’m done moving this camper and spare tire carrier is for sale.

The spare tire carrier is a CBI, that I bought and had to modify to fit a Tacoma hitch. My modifications were tig welded and has held a 35 with no problems and my own body weight. Asking $175

The camper top I also bought used, and cleaned it up as well as added a rack that has held a RTT no problem. Condition is fair. Asking $375

I feel your pain. We just went through it all. I never ends with emails and phone calls from realtors, finance people, current owner. It's all worth it in the end. Oh and all the previously mentioned people want MONEY. I'm glad we are never planning to leave this house unless it's a must. I also kept the pen.

Our home purchase was quite simple and painless. Signed 2.3 million papers but still.... sore wrist and lots of talk was worth it to own the home. Renting cost me tons of money that I never realized I was throwing away for nothing.

Everything was ok with my house it was the bank that asked question after question. I had cashed a check for someone for $5000 six months before I bought my house and they wanted to know why I pulled $5000 out of my account and then a week later wanted to know where the $5000 check I deposited came from.

That was the pain since I use CC non stop for purchases of garage door supply.

Luckily they could easily look back and notice that it’s a trend and thought nothing of it.

Mornin' Pat! Yeah, but you're special though! We'll stop by Foley next time we're down there and maybe we can meet up for lunch or something!

first paycheck showing today (pay tomorrow), but does anyone know why benefits wouldn't be showing? like none of my health insurance/dental/HSA/etc stuff shows out of the check. Just 401k and taxes...it all became active 8/1...

Sometime it will take a couple of pay cycles to show up on check. Usually by 2nd check all that stuff is on there.

that's my thought, started on 7/19. pay period ran 7/19 to 8/1. all benefits became active 8/1. idk..

really? even if it's already active? is that possibly because it all became active on the final day of the pay cycle?
